Events

Community Faith Chapel is a here to make an impact in the community.  We want to welcome you to any of our events coming up.  Be sure to check them out, and register for them so we will be expecting you.  We are so excited to get to meet you and experience Christ with you!

We hosted a Trunk or Treat night. We were able to show the love of Christ to well over 300 people. We handed out bags and bags of candy, made cotton candy and hot dogs for everyone! We had a blast and are looking forward to doing it again!

The Lord impressed upon us to feed those who were all alone on Thanksgiving with a home-cooked meal. That is just what we did. Our congregation gathered the ingredients for all the dishes and the day before Thanksgiving some of the ladies taught the youth how to cook all the side dishes and desserts. We had a blast and were able to feed 52 people!

We love celebrating the birth of our Lord and Savior here at Community Faith Chapel. We decorated Christmas trees, went Christmas Caroling and our Youth put on a wonderful Christmas play with the help from our Youth Leaders! 

During our cooler winter months, we decided to gather and do things inside. In January, we had our very first movie night showing "The Forge." In February, we focused on prayer and watched "War Room." At our movie nights we serve fresh popcorn and all kinds of other snacks. Kids of all ages seemed to enjoy these nights. We also went bowling at the local bowling alley in March. 

The Leadership at CFC wanted to show that there is more to Easter than bunnies and candy. We wanted to bring the Eastor Story to life. We started in the Upper Room and the Last Supper scene. Then with some help form Jenna Crim, a local artist, were able to recreate the Mount of Olives. After Jesus was arrested, we moved into Pilat and Herod's courtrooms, witnessed Jesus being crucified and then laid in a tomb. Of course, we ended the story with Jesus' resurrection and the Great Commission. This outreach took many volunteers, but they were amazing, and it was a very moving and wonderful time.

CFC wanted to honor our Graduating Senior, along with everyone else who had a successful school year. We celebrated in a big way with a Bounce House, Snow Cones, Hamburgers and Hotdogs, Cookies and Smores! It was a wonderful time to relax and enjoy the fellowship!

CFC's Vacation Bible School Team had a wonderful time teaching children why Jesus is the "True North." They had hands on experience with some science projects. Our Bible lesson had some amazing object lessons to understand everything a little bit better, and then they wrapped everything up with learning Sticky Scriptures. It was a wonderful time learning about Jesus!

Here at CFC we are all about investing into our youth. They are the future of our church and we think they are pretty special. We took them to SkyZone to jump and eat pizza while their parents went Back to School Shopping. Everyone had a wonderful and exhausting day.
